Vivo V30 2024 Secures TDRA & Other Vital Certifications Ahead of the Global Launch
Vivo is gearing up to globally unveil its highly anticipated Vivo V30 series. Following the recent launch of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro in select markets, attention is now focused on the V30 and V30 Pro. There are speculations that these models might be tweaked versions of the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro, which were unveiled last month in China.

This certification follows previous sightings on Indonesia's SDPPI, Bluetooth SIG, Taiwan's NCC, and Geekbench, indicating a possible launch, potentially in the first quarter of this year.
Although official details are yet to be revealed, rumored specifications of the Vivo V30 suggest an impressive device. It may feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a remarkable 1.5K resolution (1260 x 2800p) and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The device will run on FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14.
Internally, the Vivo V30 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, offering up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. With a robust 5,000mAh battery supporting 80W charging, the device ensures lasting power. Additionally, an under-display fingerprint scanner will enhance security for this new 5G model.
The Vivo V30 is poised to excel in photography, featuring a 50MP front camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash. On the back, an impressive camera setup includes an OIS-enabled 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and an Aura LED circular flash unit.
